Cancellation/late/no shows 

 At Nouveau Blue Hair Studio we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we kindly ask you to do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. You will receive email and text reminders 48 hours and 24 before your appointment. Cancelling less than 48 hours before the appointment there will be a charge of 50% of the service which will be due before rebooking.

 If you are running late please contact the salon and let us know. We understand life happens but any more than 15 mins late we may not be able to finish the service and there may be a charge.

 No-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked.
